It’s Friday everyone!!
What’s everyone’s plans for the weekend? So, this recipe is a great dressing for preeeetty much everything; salads, buddha bowls, salmon, stir fry, roasted veggies… It’s AH-MAZING!!
A very simple recipe, takes 5 minutes, and requires very minimal ingredients that I always have – except the Tahini… I can’t say that I always have that in my cupboard, that shit is expensive!! LOL!
Prep t: 5 minutes | Cook t: Zero | Serves: 200ml
3 Tbsp. Hulled Tahini
2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp Rock Salt
1 Pinch Cracked Pepper
1 Juiced Lemon
1 tsp Ginger – minced
2 tsp Garlic – minced
Blend everything together and serve!! That easy, I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to wite this blog haha 😊
