I hope you're all enjoying your weekend! I don't know about you, but when the weekend arrives I like to treat myself for breakfast in the mornings, I think it's a great change of pace and gets me ready for my big day ahead! I especially like to have something like this before a workout too, I normally train in the early mornings in the weekend as it leaves me with the rest of the day to do what I've got to do. By having this pre-workout it supplements my body with the natural sugars and vitamins to get me going for my workout.

1 tsp Matcha Powder *Optional
1 tsp Greens Powder *Optional - I use Nuzest Clean Greens Powder 😊
1 Handful of Spinach
1 Handful of Kale
140g Strawberries (I use frozen strawberries)
1 Large frozen banana
250g Greek Yoghurt *Or your yoghurt of choosing
1C Milk (I use soy milk)
Cacao Nibs & Chia Seeds for garnishing.
Blend all ingredients together except the cacao nibs and chia seeds, pour into bowl and garnish with cacao nibs, chia seeds and any other ingredients of your choosing 😊 If you have any recipe requests, please comment them below.
