I've been a bit MIA the past week, busy working on projects that will soon be brought to light to share with you all. While all this is quite exciting stuff, I've also been working on a probiotic smoothie that has all the vital and key vitamins and minerals for everyday life ❤
In this smoothie I've included my greens powder - Nuzest 'Good Green Stuff'. This can be brought at pharmacies, supplement stores or some supermarkets, while I highly recommend the use of this greens powder, any greens powder will do as this is supplying you with the extra boost of Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B12, C, D3 & K2 and that's only to name a few from the ingredients list on the container.
While having a great diet is vital, we are all in need of that little extra boost of our vitamins, minerals and proteins to supplement our daily needs that most people are unaware of. Iron levels can be checked at any blood donor center, as this will give you a great indication and could explain why you may be feeling sleepy and low of energy levels.

1 C Apple Juice
1 handful of Ice
¼ C Blueberries
2 Green Kiwifruit
1 tsp Nuzest Good Green Stuff
1 small handful of Kale
1 small handful of Spinach
1 small handful of Mint
2 Tbsp. Greek/ Coconut Yoghurt
1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder *Optional
Blend all ingredients until a smooth consistency and serve! 😊
